Stormrider Gear products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Damage, not covered under warranty, can be repaired for a reasonable rate and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have past since you received your item, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept returns on our custom belts, unless under warranty(manufacturing defect), as they are made to order, to customer specifications. So please be sure of your measurement. Fit Guide
To complete a Return:
1. Contact Us about your return and indicate reason for return.
2. We require a receipt, either the packing receipt or printed email receipt. Please include this with your returned product.

All return shipping is customer paid and we HIGHLY recommend it be insured. Stormrider Gear will not be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, if it's Good to GO we will either refund you or start on your new item, if it's a NO GO at our station then we will email you why we are denying your refund/exchange. If you are a GO, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days. There is often some bank processing time before a refund is posted.
